บริษัท มหาสารคามเพาเวอร์ จำกัด ("บริษัท") ให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าบริษัทเก็บ ใช้ และดูแลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ได้รับผ่านเว็บไซต์นี้อย่างไร

1. ข้อมูลที่บริษัทเก็บ

เมื่อท่านส่งเรื่องติดต่อหรือร้องเรียนผ่านแบบฟอร์มบนเว็บไซต์ บริษัทเก็บข้อมูลดังนี้

ชื่อ–นามสกุล และอีเมลที่ท่านกรอก
หัวข้อ รายละเอียด และไฟล์แนบ (ถ้ามี)
วันเวลาที่ท่านให้ความยินยอม และภาษาที่ใช้กรอกแบบฟอร์ม
ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคเพื่อป้องกันการส่งซ้ำหรือการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์ ได้แก่ ค่าที่แปลงจากหมายเลข IP แบบย้อนกลับไม่ได้ และชนิดเบราว์เซอร์

การเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ทั่วไปไม่ต้องให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และเว็บไซต์ไม่ใช้คุกกี้เพื่อติดตามพฤติกรรมหรือโฆษณา คุกกี้ที่ใช้มีเฉพาะที่จำเป็นต่อระบบของเจ้าหน้าที่บริษัท

2. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย

รับเรื่อง ตรวจสอบ ดำเนินการ และติดต่อกลับท่าน โดยอาศัยความยินยอมของท่าน
แจ้งเลขที่เรื่องและให้ท่านติดตามสถานะ
รักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบและป้องกันการส่งข้อความรบกวน โดยอาศัยประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของบริษัท
ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายหรือคำสั่งของหน่วยงานรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. ผู้ที่เข้าถึงข้อมูล

ข้อมูลของท่านเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะเจ้าหน้าที่บริษัทที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ดูแลเรื่องร้องเรียน ผ่านระบบที่ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบและมีการบันทึกประวัติการใช้งาน บริษัทอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องของท่าน หรือเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด และใช้ผู้ให้บริการระบบอีเมลและพื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลที่ผูกพันตามสัญญาให้รักษาความลับ บริษัทไม่ขายหรือให้ข้อมูลแก่บุคคลภายนอกเพื่อการตลาด

4. ระยะเวลาการเก็บ

บริษัทเก็บข้อมูลเรื่องร้องเรียนตลอดระยะเวลาที่ดำเนินการเรื่อง และเก็บต่อไม่เกิน 5 ปีนับจากวันที่ปิดเรื่อง เพื่อใช้อ้างอิงและตรวจสอบย้อนหลัง เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บนานกว่านั้น ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคสำหรับป้องกันการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์เก็บไม่เกิน 30 วัน

5. การรักษาความปลอดภัย

ข้อมูลส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS) ไฟล์แนบเก็บในพื้นที่ที่เปิดจากเว็บไซต์โดยตรงไม่ได้ และตั้งชื่อไฟล์แบบสุ่ม ระบบเจ้าหน้าที่จำกัดสิทธิ์ตามหน้าที่ และบันทึกทุกการเปลี่ยนแปลง

6. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึงหรือขอรับสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง ขอลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ ขอระงับหรือคัดค้านการใช้ ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยการถอนความยินยอมไม่กระทบการดำเนินการที่ทำไปก่อนหน้า หากท่านเห็นว่าบริษัทไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ท่านมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

Maha Sarakham Power Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) protects personal data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). This policy explains how the Company collects, uses and looks after personal data received through this website.

1. Data we collect

When you send an enquiry or complaint through the website form, the Company collects:

your full name and email address;
the subject, details and any attached file;
the time you gave consent and the language of the form;
technical data used to prevent repeated or abusive submissions: a non-reversible value derived from your IP address and your browser type.

You do not need to provide personal data to browse the website. The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies; it only uses cookies required for the Company staff system.

2. Purposes and legal basis

To receive, review and handle your matter and contact you, based on your consent.
To give you a reference number and let you check the status.
To keep the system secure and prevent spam, based on the Company’s legitimate interests.
To comply with the law or orders of relevant authorities.

3. Who can access your data

Only Company staff assigned to handle complaints can access your data, through a system that requires sign-in and records all activity. The Company may disclose data to authorities related to your matter as necessary or where required by law, and uses email and storage providers bound by confidentiality. The Company does not sell or share your data for marketing.

4. Retention

Complaint data is kept while your matter is being handled and for up to five years after it is closed, for reference and audit, unless the law requires a longer period. Technical anti-abuse data is kept for no more than 30 days.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Attachments are stored outside the public website with random file names. The staff system restricts access by role and records every change.

6. Your rights

You may request access to or a copy of your data, correction, deletion or anonymisation, restriction of or objection to its use, and data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee.
